Our
beach house is located in South Carlsbad (next
to Encinitas) in a master planned community. The
neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. No
Pets Allowed but Owner will sometimes make an
exception for a small pet that is well trained
and does not disturb neighbors. (Additional pet
deposit will apply.) This vacation rental is
"Kid Friendly" but Smoking is Not Allowed.
